1. Is the race open to all nationalities?

Yes. 2 hours to complete as many loops as possible.

2. Can I Skate Or Cycle During The Race?

No.

3. Can I Bring Pets Along?

No.

4. Is There A Baggage Deposit?

There will be no baggage deposit on race day. We advise you to travel light.

5. What Is The Minimum Age To Participate In The Race?

All participants MUST be the age of 18 and above. Relevant indemnity and declaration fields must be filled up at the point of registration – failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the participants.

6. How Do I Know If My Registration Has Been Confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment. Should you not receive any, please email to info.isu1my@gmail.com. Registered participants can also retrieve their confirmation slip here.

7. Can I Transfer Or Refund My Registration Fee?

There will be no refund of registration fees for participants who do not end up taking part in ISU1 Endurance Race 2017, for any reason.

8. Is GST Included In The Registration Fee?

Yes. All fees are inclusive of GST.

9. Can I Transfer My Registration If I Wish To Withdraw From The Race?

No, all race registrations are strictly non-transferable.

10. What If I Have Changes To My Team Member(S) For The Race?

Please email info.isu1my@gmail.com, or make known to the race organiser on the event day.

11. Where do my teams register on the event day?

Please register at the registration. Registration counters will open at 7.00 am.

12. Must all group members be present during registration?

Yes all members must be present during registration.

13. Can I bring my family along as an audience or cheer leaders?

Yes, you are encouraged to bring your friends or family to cheer you along.

14. What is the flag off time?

The flag off time for the Race is at 10:00 am sharp.

15. Will I be refunded if the race is called off due to bad weather, etc?

No. If the race must be cancelled, there will be no refund of fees paid. This is stated under the rules and regulations.

16. Do I have to bring my own chair for the race?

We provide one chair per team. Just in case to be broken , we recommend prepare for 2 chairs per team. Alternative, you might rent the race chair with charges of RM 50.00

17. What happens if there is bad weather?

In view of safety and well-being of participants, the organiser may decide to call off the race due to bad weather on the event day.

18. What do I need to bring on the Race day?

Bring along your racing chair, protective gears (Helmet, gloves, elbow pads and knee pads), water and towel.

19. Is protection gears provided?

No. Protection gear is compulsory for the race. Participants without proper protection is not allowed to enter the race zone.

20. What is the dress code for the race?

Sports attire and sports shoes are compulsory for all participants.

21. What if one of my team mate did not show up during the race?

You could replace the team mate by informing the race organiser before the start of the race. Incomplete team is not allowed to participate in the race.

22. Is it compulsory to wear protector gears? Can I wear my own gears?

Yes, you can use your own gears. It is compulsory to wear them for safety purpose.

23. Can we give up during the challenge?

Yes, and the final result will be based on the numbers of loop completed. However, we will advise the participants to perform and challenge themselves based on their own capabilities.

24. Can I dispute if there is any discrepancy?

No. The race chairman’s decision is final.

25. Am I entitled to the finisher-tee if we did not complete the challenge?

No.
